From Barbados to Toronto, Adrian Carew transitioned into Toronto’s social and fashion scene in his early twenties. Born into the beauty fashion world, Carew has graced numerous publications from Vanity Fair France, HOLR, Chatelaine, Caribbean bride, Elle Canada, Flare, Toronto Life , Salon Magazine, Sway Magazine and Canadian Hairdresser to name a few. His creative talents and contributions have also lead him to showcase as a Platform Artist for The Essential Looks Team, for both Schwarzkopf and  Revlon Professional.

 

An award winning style director, his talent lead him onto winning Revlon Style Master for Canada 2015 and top 9 finalist in the world and also  for 2016. Taken the title as 1994 Canadian New Comer Adrian Carew has been featured on numerous TV shows such as So Chic, Rich Groom Poor Groom, Made, Cover Me Canada, Recipes to Riches , Makeover Artist on City Line and Dragon's Den. He’s been featured as the go-to make over artist on the Marilyn Denis Show and CityLine, a frequent judge for the Contessas Canadian Hairdressing Awards, and currently key stylist for the Iconic Canadian fashion houses - Greta Constantine and I Am Frankie. Carew is also a style team member for both International Fashion House CHANEL, Givenchy, Marc by Marc Jacobs, and Zac Posen  On line tutorials displaying "how to" for Glow Magazine and trend setting for Vouge Italia Spring trends.

He has coiffed many celebrities, recording artists, supermodels and beauty Queens; Nicole Aria Parker, Rachel Nichol, Michelle Yeoh, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Jennifer Tilly, Deborah Cox, Jennifer Beals, Rita Marley, Stevie Wonder, Cuba Godding Jr, Aunjanue Ellis, Mr Louis  Gossett, Livvi Franc, Wendy  Fitzwilliam- Miss Universe 1998, Mpule Kwelagobe - Miss Universe 1999, Coco Rocha, Tara Gill and along with ANTM winner Eva Pigford. The list goes on and on.

Adrian’s work can also be seen as apart of the hair team on featured films such as “Self Made” starring Academy award winner Ms.Octavia Spencer and the life story of recording artist “Salt N Peppa”
